  • Even when they find a spot, understanding the parking sign rules can be challenging, leading to the risk of fines for incorrect parking.

Type B (Traveling Somewhere):

  • They arrive at their destination (a friend's house, family visit, workplace, or meeting) and find no available parking.

  • They are unfamiliar with the local street parking rules and often struggle to interpret the city signs at the beginning of the street.

  • They typically don’t spend much time searching for a spot and prefer to park in a nearby paid parking facility.

It's all about timing

Allowing flexibility and various options for updating the app when a parking space is about to be freed up increases the chances of finding a spot.

With this feature, users can update the app even hours before they vacate a parking spot, allowing others to start searching in advance.

Timing plays a significant role in the "searching for a parking spot" activity, it's often about being in the right place at the right time.

Save parking spot option

Users whose desire a parking spot other user freeing up, because it's location and the timing it will be available. can make sure this parking space remain free for them, by asking for "save me this parking spot".

If the exchange takes place, the app will take one credit from the user who requested the parking spot, and give one credit to the user who waited and saved the parking spot until the other user arrived and parked his car.

If the other user confirm, it's a match!the two users already have the time and the parking spot location that the "freeing up" user update, so they can make the exchange.

Parking Spot Exchange Rewards System

To encourage a seamless parking spot exchange, the app introduces an incentive-based system.

Users who free up a parking spot and wait for another driver to take it are rewarded with a "credit coin." This follows the "Give and Take" principle: users earn a coin when they pass their spot to another user face-to-face. In return, users can spend their earned "credit coins" to request that another user hold a spot for them.

This exchange takes place in person, with the coin charged only after the exchange. Without "credit coins," users are unable to make a reservation request, ensuring a fair and balanced system.

Parking rules information

The app provides users with essential information about parking rules specific to their location and regional parking characteristics. By analyzing street signs and regional parking regulations, the app notifies users in advance whether they can park in a particular spot without risking a parking violation or fine. This proactive feature helps drivers avoid unwanted parking reports and ensures a more convenient parking experience
